Christmas Open Day 3rd December
You're all invited to our 5th Christmas Open Day on Saturday 3rd December 2016
You’ll be able to chat to and ‘Meet The Makers’ with access to lots of the people behind the products here in the shop from leather crafters and bowyers to fletchers and bow stand makers.
Catch up on all things traditional archery. Take part in our Sharpshooter Tombola with chances to win some great prizes from bows to sets of arrows and much more...
Free food and drink and free parking this year as usual plus 5% off everything in the shop including bows! Our ranges of meads to try and buy from Lyme Bay Mead company will be available on the day.
We also have a free special presentation talk from Bernard Dennis - a member of the British Longbow Society (BLBS) he will be talking about the development of bows and arrows throughout the ages, ranging from the need for hunting, the use in war and recreation and also the legend of Robin Hood. Bernard will also have some very interesting show and tell items with him. Join Bernard up at unit 15 from 11am to 12pm.
After this you will be able to play Archery Tag for free until 4pm!
